A Local Man for Local Issues

My name is Tod Oppenborn and I grew up in Las Vegas. I attended local schools as a child and young adult; I served proudly in this nation’s military and returned back home here to Las Vegas to attend UNLV. After graduation, I have spent my career working in the environmental field right here in Nevada.

I know Las Vegas and Nevada and believe that we need change in the direction that our state is headed and as your Assemblyman for District 12, I will work hard to make this happen.

The core issues of my campaign for change are:

  • Reforming and Bringing Under Control Taxes While Helping to Create Jobs
  • Improving Education by Bringing Accountability to the Nevada Education System
  • Reforming State Government by Improving the Efficiency of State Programs
  • Regaining State Sovereignty by Fighting to Keep Nevada Land and Resources in the Hands of Nevadans
